We are hunting for short-form masterpieces under 10 minutes that demand to be seen. If your film has a soul, a story, and strictly zero AI, we have a slot in our curated broadcast. Your vision is the featured segment. Watch it shine on Public Access 3.

Crucial Information & Technical Standards

  • Maximum Runtime: 10 minutes or less, including credits.

  • Production Date: Work must have been completed after January 1, 2024.

  • AI Policy: STRICT NO-AI POLICY. Any work found to be generated by AI will be disqualified without a refund.

  • Exhibition Format: Apple ProRes 422 HQ is required for selected films.

  • Preferred Resolution: UHD 3840 x 2160 (16x9 aspect ratio).
