Return Policy

Because all our products are unique and produced only once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, we offer a free replacement or a refund in cases of an error on our part.

1. Defective or Damaged Products (Printful's Error)

We work hard to ensure the highest quality prints and products. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or if it is not the item you originally ordered, please contact us immediately.

  • Eligibility: You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Required Documentation: Please provide clear photos showing the damaged/defective product and the order number.

  • Resolution: Once approved, we will gladly send you a free replacement or issue a full refund. There is no need to send the original item back to us.

2. Sizing Issues or Buyer's Remorse (Customer's Error)

Since every item is custom-made after the order is placed, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for reasons related to incorrect sizing, color preference, or general buyer’s remorse.

  • Sizing: We strongly recommend checking the size guide provided on every product page before placing your order.

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order, as fulfillment begins quickly.

3. Returned to Sender (Unclaimed or Wrong Address)

If your order is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you or the package is unclaimed:

  • We will contact you to confirm the correct address.

  • You will be responsible for the reshipment cost. We will not automatically refund the original order.

4. How to Submit a Claim

If you need to report a problem with your order that falls under Section 1 (Defective or Damaged), please email us with the following information:

  • Subject Line: Return Request – Order #[XXXXX]

  • Include:

    • A brief description of the problem.

    • Your order number.

    • Photos of the issue.
