Every late-night takeover begins with a script. Before the cameras roll and the static clears, there is the page. For Public Access 3, we aren't just looking for dialogue; we are looking for the narrative pulse of the underground.

We are calling for tight, punchy writing that demands to be heard. Whether it’s a bizarre sitcom pilot, a noir thriller, or a surrealist teleplay, your script is the blueprint for our broadcast. If your story has a human heart and strictly zero AI, we want it on the desk.

Crucial Information & Technical Standards

  • The Blueprint: Scripts must be between 10 and 30 pages.

  • The Format: Standard industry screenplay formatting, submitted as a PDF only.

  • The Human Touch: STRICT NO-AI POLICY. We value the narrative foundation only a human writer can provide.

  • The Award: Winners receive the Script-to-Screen Signal custom trophy and a live production of their work.

  • The Post-Fest Feature: Finalist scripts will be premiered on the Pink Moose Productions website for community viewing prior to the festival.
